Description

Fire Pump Room Responsibility:-

Ensure that all pumps in working condition/Auto modeEnsure Pressure gauges are workingChecking of Gong bellCheck diesel pump engine oil condition/levelCheck diesel engine battery conditionEnsure all valves of pump room should be in open conditionEnsure diesel tank level should be 80% aboveEnsure daily checklist has to be signed by shift fire officerEnsure all First Aid and Fire Fighting Equipments are serviceable 24/7Ensure fire water tank levelBeacon light should be in working condition of pumps- checkEnsure all  the pumps should be leakage free

Smoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System Responsibility:-

Ensure all fresh air fans in auto modeEnsure all smoke exhaust fans in auto modeEnsure all pressurization fans are in auto modeEnsure all Normal Exhaust fans are in auto mode

Common Responsibility: -

Conduct Evacuation drill of BuildingEmergency response plan for clients in case of any emergencyEnsure Smooth Operation of TrafficCheck Guards duties and postsPenalties for wrong parking and smoking, work with without safety & Deposition of moneyHandling of parking issuesTraining/ briefing of Guards on Fire safety and securityInspecting hot work areaChecking of PPE at the siteIssue Different Types of permitsChecking and inspection with safety standards of fit out areaEquipment maintenance of fire and securityTo check All indicator bulbsTo check Mat in front of electrical panelTo check Drain conditionAppropriate signage’s (no smoking, floor singes, panic bar, floor layout,exit signage).Lift lobby clear ( all fire exits clear from any obstacles )To break hammer in place for FHCDocumentation check and maintenance of all equipments and systemsChecking of terrace area and staircaseChecking of all emergency exits in the buildingConducting Evacuation drill of clients on quarterly basisAttending HSE- Meetings and addressing HSE issuesParticipating in all near miss, incident and accident investigationsParticipating in emergency exercisesRequesting that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventing recurrenceAttend safety community meetingsEnsure so observation completion on timeSpread safety procedures & safety awareness across down teamALL fire line valves in open condition (hydrant line and sprinkler line) to be checkedTo be observant towards any unsafe act & prevent the same, Bring the same to the notice of management as required and follow engineering  guidelines and Safety management system

             

                            

OH&S Responsibility

To ensure DLF HSE Policy is understood by self and colleagues.To ensure safety management system (DLF Safety standard, SOPs, EGs, OH&S procedures) is implemented and communicated to the team.To ensure OHS objective are understood and individual objectives are completed as per the defined target date.To identify risk at his work place, control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees.Actively Participation in Employee Consultation Forum and other OH&S related meetings.To report all incidents, NMCs, SOs that have occurred are reported and take participation as per IISC, SO procedures.To ensure work is carried out as per the Permit to Work standard and also implementation of all identified control measures as per risk assessment (JSA, HIRA, TBT, etc)To attend all the training as per TNI and Training plan.To ensure that all OH&S related documents are maintained, tracked and tracked as per assigned responsibility.

Accountability:

He is accountable to ensure that all Fire protection and prevention system are updated and maintenance is  carried out as per  DLF Safety management System.
