Develop and implement fire and safety protocols for all sites within the Power/Energy industry. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues. Lead and coordinate safety training programs for site personnel to ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures. Manage and maintain fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency response systems. Prepare and oversee emergency response plans, ensuring swift and effective actions in the event of a fire or other safety-related incidents. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Investigate and report on all safety-related incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to continually improve fire and safety measures.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent, along with a certificate in fire and safety.

5 -12 years of experience in fire and safety management within the Power/Energy industry.
