Job Title: Sprinkler Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sprinkler Designer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong history in fire protection sprinkler system design and will be responsible for completing engineering requests in accordance with sound business practices and general corporate policies. This role involves reviewing individual drawings for completeness and accuracy, as well as conducting site visits.

ResponsibilitiesDesign fire protection sprinkler systems.Complete engineering requests in accordance with sound business practices and general corporate policies.Review individual drawings to ensure completeness and accuracy.Conduct site visits to assess and gather necessary information for designs.Essential Skills3+ years of sprinkler design experience.Proficiency in fire protection design, fire sprinkler systems, and AutoCAD.NICET Level 3 certification or higher.Experience with Revit and Hydracad is preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in building design, such as multifamily, data centers, or government projects.Experience with BIM coordination.NICET Level 3 certification or higher.Work Environment

Fully remote role, with some site visits. The company is family-owned but has a larger parent company. The standard work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, but flexible hours are provided as needed. The role is heavily focused on design production.
