Location: Novi, Michigan
CoWorx Staffing Services seeks an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technician in the Novi, MI area to join a busy service center! These positions are Direct Hires and you will be hired directly onto the company’s payroll!

This role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining fire alarm systems and special hazard systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Prepare clear and accurate inspection and service reports.
• Respond to service requests, including on-call rotations.
• Work with fire alarm brands such as Simplex, Notifier, and Fire-Lite.
• Climb ladders (6–12 ft.), use lifts, and work in confined spaces as needed.
Desired Background/Skills:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in fire sprinkler inspection and service.
• NICET certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with special hazard suppression systems (e.g., FM200, Halon) is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with 3 or fewer points and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs. and working in various conditions.

Seeking Fire Sprinkler Technician with 4-6 years of experience.
Pay range $28-42/hr.
