The Role

As a mobile Maintenance Fire Tester Technician, you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive commercial maintenance requests across multiple key contracts for BGIS.

This role is based in Sydney, NSW.

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.

Maintain and service all Fire Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment to AS1851-2012 Conduct routine inspection and servicing of Portable Fire systems  and equipment Installation of Portable Fire systems and equipment Assist in the preparation of customer quotations & identifying remedial work Liaise directly with the client regarding service work. Conduct facility maintenance as required Commit to workplace safety & good work practices

Skills & Experience  

Strong experience and understanding of AS1851 and AS2118 Demonstrate experience working with Portable Fire Equipment Demonstrate and understand process of installation, repair and testing Ability to mentor and train staff FPAS accreditation (desirable) WHS Construction White card Drivers Licence (must be able to drive a manual) Australian Citizenship
