Firm Administrator/Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, managing support staff and prioritizing resource allocation.Direct information systems management, ensuring reliable and secure access to data.Manage office equipment, services, and facilities for optimal functioning.Foster a professional and positive work environment, facilitating open communication and effective collaboration among staff at all levels.Engage in strategic planning with leadership to develop and achieve organizational goals.Prepare and monitor the firm's budget.Handle billing, prepare financial statements, and manage financial reporting and collections.Coordinate with external accountants for audits, tax return preparation, and other compliance reporting.Draft and implement operational and HR policies to support quality service delivery.Provide support for HR management functions as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned to support office efficiency and goal attainment.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and client service capabilities.Highly organized with attention to detail and professionalism.In-depth knowledge of office management, accounting procedures, and information systems.Proficiency in task organization and delegation.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with NetDocuments and/or Clio.Proficiency in QuickBooks.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.Minimum of five years in a senior management position.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
