As a Seasonal Part-time Firm Support Specialist, your main role is to create a warm and professional first impression by greeting clients and guests who arrive at our office. Additionally, you will support our partners and staff in various administrative capacities. Timely arrival and great communication skills are a must along with a dedication to providing unmatched client service.

Excellent customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills while working under deadlines Ability to manage projects and is a self-starter Flexibility in work hours; Some Saturdays may be required
Minimum Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent Previous work experience in a professional office environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional college education preferred Experience with multi line phone system Accounting Major pursuing CPA exam eligibility
