We are seeking a skilled Firmware Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all software and firmware development adheres to Agile or APD processes. You need a proactive approach to promptly address escalations and resolve software/firmware bugs. You will be crucial in developing, validating, and documenting software and firmware applications for dispenser platforms, payment systems, and communication between subsystems.   Must be able to drive to Greensboro location as needed.

 WHAT YOU WILL DO

\n\n\n\nEnsure all software and firmware development processes follow Agile or APD methodologies.\nRespond urgently to escalations and address released software/firmware bugs.\nDevelop, validate, and document software and firmware applications for dispenser platforms and payment systems.\nInterpret and implement application software in alignment with design and interface specifications.\nIntegrate and conduct validation testing to confirm compliance with specifications.\nUtilize Agile and Lean development methodologies while maintaining a global mindset.\nCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.\n\n\n

WHO YOU ARE

\n\n\n\nHolds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic or Computer Engineering\n1-2 years of working experience in software/firmware development is preferred.\nProficiency in developing software using C++, C, and Assembly.\nExperience with in Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).\nFamiliarity with developing multi-threaded applications.\nA global mindset with an appreciation for diverse perspectives.\n\n\n\n
