A 1st Cook   is responsible for preparing and cooking various food items according to recipes and airline menu specifications. The 1st cook must follow consistently all the food safety, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing principles in line with Gate Gourmet Food Safety policies and procedures.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Environmental Requirements:

Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noiseMust be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to twenty-five(25) poundsRegularly stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
