Coordinates, leads, and performs food preparation activities and the cooking for multiple outlets.  On-boards and trains all new cooks. Responsible for ensuring the opening and closing guidelines of the department are met.

One year food service experience. Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions. Ability to understand and accept responsibility for food preparation and work activities.

PREFERRED: 

One (1) year experience as healthcare cook. Three (3) to Five (5) years of general cooking experience. One (1) year supervisory experience. ServSafe Certification.
