In questo ruolo, tu… Governerai il performance management dell’area; Identificherai e risolverai i problemi in tempo reale applicando il processo di problem solving, coinvolgendo le persone dell’area e le funzioni aziendali di riferimento; Gestirai le persone nel turno e le guiderai al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi, assicurando l'aderenza agli standard di sicurezza, qualità e conformità; Lavorerai con il team per sviluppare le capacità sia dei singoli che del gruppo con la finalità di raggiungere i target e sviluppare il miglioramento continuo; Manterrai relazioni efficaci con le altre funzioni aziendali (QA, Ingegneria, Logistica) al fine di raggiungere soluzioni tempestive e definitive alle problematiche; Rappresenterai un modello di riferimento mettendo in pratica i valori GSK, le norme GMP, gli aspetti di Data Integrity, le politiche aziendali in tema di Ambiente e Sicurezza e le aspettative GSK relative ai comportamenti Utilizzerai i sistemi informativi quali SAP, Workday, GERIP WEB, ePel etc; Numero di riporti diretti: circa 6/20 Why you?
