Job DescriptionShift Leader of Assembly Operations Activities across the CC Value Stream (ESP)Identify and lead projects to improve safety, cost, quality, delivery, and utilization of manufacturing processes in order to meet Policy Deployment objectives.Perform process confirmation on work standards and correct deviations in the workshop.Lead training and development of skilled and semiskilled associates in the department.Monitor and participate in daily management of CC value stream areas using MES and other analytics/data to meet targets and derive measures to continuously improve performance. Develop, maintain, and apply lean manufacturing principles (BPS) throughout the value stream with regards to people, information, and material flow.Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards (including process flow diagrams, PQIs, standard work instructions, etc…).QualificationsAssociates Degree and 1-3 years technical/leadership experienceBachelors Degree, team leadership and mentoring experience preferred.Prefer working experience with any of the following: MES systems (such as Promaster), SAP, or Tableau/PowerBI.Experience in high volume/technology manufacturing processes within the automotive industry preferred.Experience with lean manufacturing systems and concepts (BPS).Project leadership skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet established targets.Ability to work on cross-functional teams with a high degree of self-initiative.Experience leading in an environment with highly automated equipment technologies.Additional InformationIn addition to your base salary, Bosch offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans; health savings accounts (HSA); flexible spending accounts; 401(K) retirement plan with an employer match; wellness programs; life insurance; short and long term disability insurance; paid time off; parental leave, adoption assistance; and reimbursement of education expenses.
