To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nManaging a safe operation and role model a Safety-First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards\nImplement Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program as a daily way to confirm behaviors and processes\nConduct incident investigations within the workplace and ensure relevant safety regulations and procedures are adhered to\nUnderstand Health and Safety related risks in your area, take actions to eliminate or minimize these risks according to an agreed plan\nEnsure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established \nAct as the secondary point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement.\nConduct regular reviews with shift manager on operational performance and delivery against agreed KPI's\nManagement of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customer & our own internal processes.\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nMinimum 12 months warehouse operations experience\nExperience in team management\nSustainability & Health and Safety Awareness\nExcellent communicator - verbal and written\nCan do, passion and right first-time attitude\n\n

Successful candidates must undergo a basic Access NI check, a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
