Are you passionate about making a difference through your work in the field of vaccination? An exciting opportunity has emerged for a talented First Line Sales Manager (FLSM). The Vaccine First Line Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Representatives, with profit and loss responsibility under the direction of the Business Unit Director. FLSM Is an essential member of the customer-facing team and plays a pivotal role in supporting our companies  customer-centric business model. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging available data to understand and address customer needs, enhance the customer experience, and promote better health outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients. You will join a highly motivated, empathetic, and inclusive team committed to the noble goal of improving global health through vaccination initiatives.

We are seeking an individual who is a people leader, adaptable, curious, and enthusiastic about overcoming new challenges. The candidate will occupy a critical position within our organization, acting as a bridge between our strategic visions and the operational efforts of your sales force team. In this role, the FLSM will be working remote (Field Based) in Portugal and will set clear objectives and develop tailored coaching plans to enhance our team's skills and performance. The ability to listen, empathize, and provide constructive feedback will foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Must be comfortable analysing sales metrics and utilizing data to inform decision-making. Applicant analytical mindset will help in identifying trends, forecasting sales, and addressing challenges proactively.

Above all, we are looking for a self-motivated individual, driven by a passion for excellence in customer relations and execution. You recognize the value of teamwork and possess strong communication skills.

Main role and responsibilities: 
- Building a High Performance Organization by developing the team skills and attracting, recruiting and retaining diverse talent
- Driving a culture that is collaborative, innovative, results-oriented, rapid and disciplined decision making, courage/candor acting and adaptive/responsive to change
- Achieving Customer engagement through ownership of specific customers and through the team’s customer interactions
- Establishing Omnichannel Integrated Customer Business Plans, developing strategies for each targeted segment, co-creating with key customers value added integrated partnerships to improve patient outcomes and ensuring excellence in execution and compliance
- Working in collaboration with other functions (Brand and Customer Manager, medical Affairs, access and others)

Your profile: 
- Education: University Degree. MBA/Postgraduate would be preferred 
- Proficient in English (Written & Spoken)
- Sales experience within the Pharma Industry. Experience in Vaccines would be desired 
- Have impeccable ethical behaviour and speak-up level.
- Prioritization skills. Results orientation. Habit of continuous studying
- Innovative mindset; use digital, data and analytics to perform in a hybrid business model.
- Ability to work as a “One Team” approach
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to synthesize local insights as input to the district Integrated customer business plan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills (ideally within sales)  to drive performance, and build a collaborative team culture.
