Amazon Transportation is looking for a Learning Coordinator. This position will support operations by preparing new hires to be productive and drive standards adoption.
As Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading onboarding and proficiency programs, driving process standardization and process improvement. You will also perform quality audits and follow up metrics measurement that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.
Key job responsibilities
- Create and manage onboarding and proficiency programs;
- Track operational productivity and guarantee performance improvement;
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage learning products;
- Support network level excellence in six sigma and lean practices through designing and implementing processes, metrics, and the proper usage of systems;
- Leverage Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to drive process improvements, promote best practice sharing, and standardize work routines.
