Description We are in search of a First Notice Of Loss Representative to join our team in Marietta, Georgia. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the initial stages of the claims process, including filing new claims, assigning appraisers, and gathering necessary documentation. You will also be expected to handle inquiry calls regarding existing claims and provide knowledgeable responses to all parties involved. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle the filing of newly reported claims, ensuring all necessary details are collected and assigned to the appropriate team promptly. • Manage the assignment of independent appraisers to assess damages when required. • Open coverage exposure reserves as required. • Gather all necessary documents at the onset of the claim. • Arrange for vehicles to be moved to storage facilities if deemed a total loss. • Respond to inquiry calls about existing claims and notify the relevant adjuster and manager. • Navigate through multiple systems to complete various tasks. • Attend requisite training classes. • Participate in coaching and conferencing sessions with management. • Handle and resolve claims with expired/lapsed policies. • Investigate single vehicle losses and complete necessary templates on all claims. • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times, both internally and externally. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls. • Proven track record in call center customer service. • Proficiency in delivering high-quality customer service. • Solid data entry skills are mandatory. • Ability to handle email correspondence effectively. • Experience in both inbound and outbound calls. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel. • Skilled in using Microsoft Word. • Previous experience in order entry is required. • Ability to schedule appointments efficiently.
