Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management related to the long-term strategic $2B FirstNet Reinvestment Program. Provide overall direction and guidance across multiple Network teams. Has direct interaction with the FirstNet Authority governmental organization.
Recommends and takes action to direct problem analysis resolution within time and resource constraints.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage program and project plans, schedule, communications plan, risk, and risk mitigation plans as appropriate.
2. Manage cross-functional teams across RAN Engineering, Construction, Finance, FN Sales, Corporate Communication and External Affairs to support FirstNet network build and meet program compliance.
3. Coordinate activities for Post-FOC build in AK, VI, VT to remain compliant across all site build deliverables as committed at contract inception.
4. Own all process and reporting mechanisms to identify, assess and manage FNA Area of Interest (AOI) build locations, while managing and optimizing resources.
5. Design and report Monthly on QDAL/funnel and TO-approved site level status, coordinate and drive market resources with C&E partners.
6. Coordinate, host and present at Quarterly RAN Ops; face-to-face FirstNet Authority for AT&T RAN program, representative for initiatives supporting the network contract build; ensure readiness of all presenters and materials for Quarterly event.
7. Maintain internal leadership and FNA-facing Communication Plan for NEO/GTP program, communicate status and risk as early as possible.
8. Identify efficiencies and implement Risk Mitigation plans early to meet data integrity of compliance deliverables.
9. Managed internal tooling, data analytics, process automation, and redesign to support key contractual deliverables.
10. Design and maintain the NEO/GTP Comprehensive Program Plan across Technology, Sales, Finance, and Program team

Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required:
Education: Bachelors, PMP preferred.
Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of experience.
Optimal candidate for this role must blend technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication.

Our Principal Network Proj/Prog Mgmt, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
