Job Description
This Fiscal Analyst will be responsible for performing balance sheet reconciliations on a daily basis. The role involves analyzing data to create journal entries and utilizing pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel to sort and filter through hundreds of thousands of line items. The analyst will also gather information to assist in sending out reports.
ResponsibilitiesPerform daily balance sheet reconciliations.Analyze data to create accurate journal entries.Utilize pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel for sorting and filtering large data sets.Gather information and assist in the preparation and distribution of reports.Essential SkillsProficiency in balance sheet reconciliations.Experience in creating journal entries.Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and Vlookups.Proficient in large scale ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Infor, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAGE.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the higher education industry is a plus.Knowledge of BANNER is advantageous.5+ years of experience in balance sheet reconciliations.5+ years of experience recording journal entries.Work Environment
Work primarily remote, with only one day in the office per week. During the summer, work four 9-hour days from Monday to Thursday and have Fridays off.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
