Description We are in search of a diligent Fiscal Clerk to join our team in the non-profit sector. Based in YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, this role presents an opportunity to engage in a variety of financial operations within the organization, offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately carry out customer credit application processes • Keep customer credit records precise and up-to-date • Handle customer inquiries and resolve them effectively • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions accordingly • Engage in the monthly reconciliation processes which includes reviewing and reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents • Collaborate with the financial team to conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies • Develop and implement efficient financial management strategies • Submit payments to vendors, staff, and other parties in a timely and accurate manner • Maintain confidential financial records and adhere to organizational financial policies • Pull and analyze financial reports to assist in decision-making and ensure transparency • Perform other financial tasks as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Solid understanding and experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential. • Must have experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR). • Previous experience in Billing is a must. • Must be adept at Data Entry tasks. • Should have substantial experience in Invoice Processing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary. • Knowledge of Oracle software is a prerequisite. • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. • Familiarity with SAP software is a must.
