This position is responsible for cutting, trimming & boning carcass sections or fillets to reduce cooking cuts.

Essential Duties:

\n\nCleaning, preparing fish, and discarding inedible parts.\nCutting and weighing fillets and portions for individual servings.\nReceiving, inspecting and storing seafood upon delivery.\nRecording quantity of seafood received and issued.\nPerforming other duties as assigned to meet business needs\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\nTwo-three years related experience and/or training\nMust have the ability of using cutting utensils and running an electric pallet jack or forklift.\nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evenings, weekends, and holidays\n\n

Physical Demands:

\n\nRegularly lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds\nFrequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds\nOccasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.\n\n

Visual Requirements:

\n\nClose, distance, color and peripheral vision\nDepth perception\nThe ability to adjust focus\n\n
