The Role: We are seeking a Fish Health Technician to join our Fish Health Team based out of Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick, reporting to the Fish Health Manager. Primary Responsibilities include (but not limited to): + Marine Sea Site visits to complete regulatory sampling, biosecurity auditing, Assisting/overseeing lice counts and treatments. + Maintain accurate records, complete visit reports and ensure accurate data entry + Maintain fish health and welfare. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: + Be professional, friendly, possess good communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion. + A willingness to learn. + A team player with the ability to exercise sound judgment and flexibility. Qualifications: + Post secondary education in the Aquaculture field. + Relevant experience in Aquaculture or Fish Health environments. + Proficiency with MS Office, with a focus on excel.
