Fishing MPD Sales Representative

Weatherford is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fishing / MPD Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive product line and operational expertise to proactively and strategically sell cutting-edge tools, technologies, and services within our Segment portfolio. Aligning with the agreed sales plan, you will ensure our clients receive a high level of product knowledge, often at their locations, rig sites, warehouses, or workshops. When opportunities arise, you will proactively support cross-selling efforts across our Segments.
**Requirements**
+ Minimum of 4 years of industry technical or operational experience
+ Minimum of 6 years of sales experience
+ Have sales experience in Fishing tools and/or MPD
+ Have established networks in the Houston Oil and Gas market
+ Excellent written and oral communication abilities
+ Ability to quickly gain a comprehensive knowledge of Weatherford's Products and Services
**Education**
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for this role.
**Travel Requirement**
This position requires domestic field travel.
**Responsibilities**
As a Technical Sales Representative at Weatherford, you will play a crucial role in driving our success. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Adopting consistent and effective use of available technologies (SFDC.com, XAIT-Porter)
+ Advising clients on Weatherford's participation in sales opportunities
+ Discussing technical specifications with clients and gathering feedback
+ Collaborating with internal resources to resolve customer issues and ensure service quality
+ Mitigating business risks and working with your line manager to develop strategies
+ Ensuring compliance with Weatherford's Quality policies and actively contributing to the improvement of our Management System
+ Maintaining service quality as an immediate priority across all business areas
+ Owning the Technical Sales life cycle process from start to finish
+ Understanding customer needs and positioning our products and services effectively
+ Proposing solutions to customers through formal pitches, presentations, bids, and tender submissions
+ Relaying competitive information to appropriate stakeholders
+ Developing client-specific value propositions
+ Identifying opportunities for new products and services and liaising with internal resources
+ Visiting customer worksites to ensure expectations are met and enhance customer relationships
+ Maintaining effective communication with all key stakeholders, both internal and external
