At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In contract lifecycle management technology (CLM) at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies.

Education Qualification -  BTech/BE/MTech/MS/MCA/MBA.

Experience - 5 - 10 years

CLM - Icertis Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities:

5-10 yrs exp in C#, ASP.NET, MVC 3.5/4.0/4.5, JavaScript, JQuery, Kendo expert with 8 yrs exp.
Good knowledge of design patterns, ability to propose solutions for design and architecture.
Knowledge of SQL, experience with SQL Server & Azure SQL added advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage
Proficiency with jQuery for DOM manipulation, AJAX requests, and building interactive components.
Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API or ASP.NET Core.
Knowledge of HTTP methods, status codes, and best practices in API versioning, security, and documentation (e.g., Swagger).
Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT) will be an added advantage.
Candidates with Agiloft/Sirion/Ironclad experience is preferred.
