As part of the Microsoft ERP team you'll help our clients transform their Finance, Operations and Supply Chain technology landscape. You will also help deploy and optimize the use of Microsoft Business Applications Suite across several industries, to provide enterprises with deep domain knowledge and purpose built back/mid office applications designed to meet the unique needs of the business.

Job Description -

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Architect, you are considered a Technical Specialist and have in depth knowledge of D365 F&O . You are passionate about technology and how it can be used to solve business problems. You have in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O including Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.

You will help define the technical solution, providing expert services to solution large complex projects. You will help provide leadership and direction to the delivery team and provide Architecture guidance and direction leveraging your deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O.

We're looking for a Technology experienced Manager with 12+ years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 F&O Development within a consultancy environment

Key Responsibilities -•

Contribute across all phases of ERP projects (e. g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test).
• Leverage technical expertise to Architect Design and Solution ERP solutions.
• Liaise effectively between clients, onshore team to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
• Assess business requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design Conceptual and Technical architecture
• Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI/ Metrics
• Understand and implement Best Practices for Designing and Coding
• Has good Project Management experience using Agile and Waterfall models – should be able to plan the sprint, run the daily stand up, track the team’s progress, maintain DevOps and build the status report for onshore/ Client
• Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
• Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements.
• Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process.
• Broad based understanding of all key ISV capabilities, implementation approach & timelines and cost structure
• Work with resources in an offshore / onshore environment (communication / teaming) for project implementation and remain open to different working styles and practices (e.g. flexible working schedules, new team members, new industry hires) to build effective working relationships
 

Required -

• 12+ Years experience as a consultant with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics F&O ERP preferably in a global/multi-country scenario
• At least 5 -6 end-to-end implementations completed in D365 F&O
• Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Architecting large complex solutions using the Microsoft stack.
• Experience with Power Platform (Portals/ Power Pages, Power Apps, Automate, Power BI), Azure integration , Business Events , XML conversion .
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O and understanding of several modules like AR , AP , Inventory & Warehouse Management , Master Planning .
• Experience of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model including the customizations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions
• Experience in developing Data Migration Strategy, architecture, and right tool selection
• Understand Microsoft licensing for D365 and work with client to size the license proposal
• System integrations with Dynamics 365 Online – tools, techniques, and best practices. Knowledge of Logic Apps and Azure Functions will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles (Waterfall/ Agile) , development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and hyper care support
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD implementation , Azure component deployment through Dev ops pipeline.
• Demonstrate evidence of strong communication skills (clear and concise messaging, tailored communication, presentation skills, active listening, structured thinking process, story line and executive messaging, written communication, confidence and professionalism)
