QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Estimating Bills of Quantity, Scheduling and contract management Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct toolbox meeting and ensure safe works practices are implemented Prepares bill of quantities (BOQ) and bill of materials (BOM) based on latest "For Construction" Plans Inspects delivered material together with the stock clerk and OE ensuring compliance with specification Review architectural plans in relation to MEP Plans Prepares detailed schedule tied up on the general schedule Supervise, evaluate billing, reconcile contract or work order, secure WMS and shop drawing, and ensure enough manpower for subcontractors Supervise Fit-out Works Log productivity of subcontractors & DMCI Homes (No. of manpower vs quantities of materials installed) Conducts initial punch list and ensures punch list are addressed, corrected and prevented Submits daily activity/accomplishment report to office engineer Compare and study estimated quantities vs actual quantities used Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
