We ask questions to truly understand the core of a matter.     GENERAL SUMMARY Performs a variety of supervisory, hiring, and training functions for the Bellevue location. Assist in hiring, performance reviews, associate supervision. Assisting in training, coaching, nurturing and developing associate. Adherence to PRO’s core values, mission statement and culture is expected and critical.     Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.     PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

- Supervisor for Fitness Specialists at Bellevue location 

- Responsible for scheduling of the Fitness Specialist and assist as needed with Salaried Personal Trainer (non-training time) 

- Assist with hiring and training new cast 

- Assist with Associate Performance Reviews 

- Assist with Performance Correction Notices 

- Assist with communications to the Fitness Center team 

- Supervise Equipment Checks and report to Engineering for Bellevue Fitness Center 

- Complete and communicate weekly engineering list 

- Communicate to Engineering team to ensure working equipment  

- Responsible for washer/dryer chemicals- changing and ordering chemicals routine 

- Assist with ADP software & Payroll functions 

- Assist with Fitness Center inventory   

- Responsible for the “culture” of PRO – SHOW READY associates and Club at all times 

- Needs to take a leadership posture at all times and teach and motivate the culture to cast 

- All other duties as needed and assigned by management 

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of all workout equipment within the PRO Club facility
- Skill in customer service
- Skill in communicating in person, in writing, and over the phone.
- Ability to understand and take directions.
- Ability to be courteous, friendly, cooperative, and flexible on a daily basis.

  EXPERIENCE
- Health and fitness background preferred.
- Experience with fitness equipment preferred.
- Fitness related degree preferred.
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification required (From either Red Cross or American Heart Association; or within 30 days of employment)
