About the role of Fitness Instructor

The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for helping guests in all aspects of fitness and wellbeing. This will include classes, specific training, inductions and general gym monitoring and cleanliness. This role will also include assistance as and when required with other parts of the Spa particularly with regard to daily operational maintenance of pool and changing facilities.

What you will do:

To be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform sessions with total focus on safety, attention and timeliness

Provide consistent professional fitness classes and personal training sessions in accordance with spa protocols and hotel standard practices

Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa

Properly care for equipment and maintain fitness equipment

Maintain a clean, well-organized and stocked fitness area.

What you bring:

Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position

Minimum experience of two (2) years in luxury Hotel

Experienced and Qualified Fitness instructor

Understand and ability to deliver high quality, luxury service standards.

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation

Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
