We’re searching for a **Fitness Instructor** who can inspire and motivate our guests and colleagues to achieve their fitness goals while delivering an exceptional wellness experience. **A little taste of your day-to-day:** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: + Conducting personalized and group fitness training sessions tailored to different fitness levels. + Assisting guests and colleagues in using gym equipment safely and effectively. + Creating and implementing workout plans to help guests achieve their health and fitness goals. + Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the fitness center. + Promoting hotel wellness programs, spa services, and health club membership benefits. + Providing expert guidance on fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. **What we need from you:** + Internationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent). + Prior experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred. + Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness trends, and gym equipment usage. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to motivate and engage guests with a positive and energetic attitude. + CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. + Must speak local language(s); additional languages are a plus. **What you can expect from us:** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
