Your Role

As a Fitness Manager at our BNP Paribas Fitness & Wellbeing Club, you’ll lead a dynamic team to deliver outstanding fitness services to our members. With your leadership, the gym floor will be a hub of engagement, energy, and excellence. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you’ll also play a key role in promoting health and wellbeing across our corporate site.

What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire the fitness team to achieve exceptional performance and provide an outstanding member experience.Oversee fitness programming, including studio classes, personal training, and other offerings, ensuring high standards and engagement.Collaborate with the Programme Manager to implement innovative health and wellbeing initiatives within the corporate site.Use your expertise to drive engagement in services such as personal training, gym programmes, and bespoke wellbeing initiatives.Maintain and improve standards on the gym floor, ensuring an exceptional fitness environment.Support and develop your team to meet and exceed ambitious targets.Leverage your organizational skills, including proficiency in Excel, to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience as a personal or fitness trainer.REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification.Studio experience and a proven ability to engage members in fitness services.A track record of driving participation and results in PT, programmes, and other corporate offerings.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.A creative and proactive approach to promoting health and wellbeing.

Salary - £28,000-30,500 depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week
