Beaman Trainer 1 is transitional position for Jumpstart Trainers who have completed their in-house certification but have not yet attained a national certification. Beaman Trainer 1 provide members of the Belmont community with personal training and wellness education services.
Duties Include:
Safely and effectively take training clients through workouts using proper form and spotting techniques; Facilitate wellness education programming for members of the Belmont community; Maintain accurate training records, including but not limited to client session notes and training logs; Educate clients on the proper use of cardiovascular and strength equipment; Develop a positive relationship between the trainer and the client; Attend Reunions, CEUs, trainings and other developmental programs; Other duties assignedThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
