What will you do?

The role will be responsible to provide support to Group Finance in performing accounting related task and responsibilities. The primary responsibilities include financial analysis, general accounting which mainly focus on the end to end management of fixed assets accounting of the company.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

Record in the accounting system newly acquired assets and disposals including set up of both accounting and tax deprecation in line with company policy.

Perform reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledger balances with summary-level account in the general ledger.

Recommend fixed assets that should be disposed to management based on feedback with asset owners and regular review of fixed assets.

Track Company’s fixed asset spending in relation to its capital budget, as well as management authorizations of expenditure authorizations within the Workday platform.

Assist the Senior FA Accountant in managing lease contracts, creation of contracts and reports if needed.

Assists in year-end processes and reporting including fixed assets supporting schedules for statutory accounts and tax work papers for Tax team.

What can you bring to the team?

Have a clear understanding of confidentiality and attention to detail to produce work with a high level of accuracy are required due to the sensitive nature of the work. Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. You will also need strong stakeholder engagement and provide strategy guidance relating to Finance activities and ensure compliance of the requirements.
