Responsibilities:
Handling all the affairs of the property unit with the aim of maintaining and increasing cooperation and coordination between teams and improving the effectiveness of services. Reporting
Registering and maintaining financial information related to fixed assets in the organization's fixed assets system
Monitoring all daily transactions related to the transfer of all fixed assets
Checking and solving problems related to transfer requests Fixed assets between different units and locations of the organization
Checking the statistics and status of fixed assets in the organization and matching it with the submitted reports
Maintaining and maintaining the fixed assets system to facilitate accounting, processing and reporting Interest on this property

Requirements:
Bachelor of accounting and management or having equivalent experience in similar positions
at least 2 years of related work in the fixed assets or accounting unit
experience and cooperation with the financial unit of working companies and cooperation with independent and internal auditors
familiarity with financial, warehouse and property software Fixed and standards Accounting
Ability to prepare fixed asset unit financial reports such as inventory reporting and advanced pricing
Complete familiarity with ICDL software, especially Excel
Mastery of warehouse and fixed asset accounting
Familiarity with Patrol warehouse and patrol property
