Summary:
The role will be responsible for the update of working templates for the monthly or quarterly adjustment of budget forecasts, assists the team on preparation of database and filing of budget reports and other ad hoc activities as assigned.
General Responsibilities:
1. Prepares the working template for the regrounding and annual budget planning
2. Assists on the preparation of the database for various reports as assigned
3. Assists on filing and archiving of budget reports
4. Support Finance team in the PR creations and RFP preparations for Finance activities
5. Handles preparation of monthly P&L report for LOB’s with minimal transactions
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration/Management with Finance-related major
Professional Experience:
0 to 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge on MS application especially with Excel
Attention to detail
Adaptable to changes and willing to extend reporting hours especially during budget season, month-end closing and quarterly forecasting
