**Now Hiring Flaggers starting at $17+** **Job Title:** Flagger **Pay Rate:** $17+ per hour **Shift:** Monday through Friday, 7:00am- 4:00pm **Worksite Location:** Varies week to week **Key Responsibilities:** + Safely direct traffic around utility work zones using hand signals, signs, and communication devices. + Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control equipment including cones, signage, and barricades. + Monitor traffic patterns and adjust controls to maintain safety and minimize disruptions. + Communicate effectively with team members and the public to provide clear instructions and updates. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in utility or construction environments is a plus. + Strong communication and situational awareness skills. + Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods. **Physical Requirements:** + Stand and walk for long durations. + Work outdoors in all weather conditions. **Work Environment:** + Outdoor utility work zones including streets, sidewalks, and rights-of-way. + Exposure to traffic, noise, and varying weather conditions. **APPLY IMMEDIATELY TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $34320.00 - $34320.00/yr.
