Fleet Administrator
Job Title: Administrator Job Description + Managing dealer work order management for the US and Canada + Utilizing SAP to monitor work orders + Investigating invoices and customer billing + Using ZenDesk application to respond to customer inquiries + Resolving billing discrepancies between customers and dealers + Maintaining open communication between dealers + Addressing dealer inquiries on rentals, invoices, quotes, and IVR system issues through email and phone + Collaborating with Fleet Services team to resolve processing issues + Generating and providing routine communications using SAP and Excel + Distributing and maintaining PM notifications for dealers + Loading Work Orders in SAP for billing department + Communicating with non-compliant dealers Soft Skills + Strong communication skills + Attention to detail + Problem-solving abilities + Customer service orientation Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
