Our suite of benefits reflects our commitment to our employees. + Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 + Job type: full-time + Paid on-the-job technical and professional growth opportunities + Established career path for future advancement + 401k and Roth 401(k) retirement savings plans + Health, prescription, dental, vision plans + Life & Disability Insurance plans + Financial wellness program + Employee assistance program + Employee discount programs **ESSENTIAL** **DUTIES:** + Manage the budget tracking system and run monthly reports for accounting + Monitor fleet performance, aging inventory, rate calculations, and key service metrics + Monitor and analyze fleet data such as fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance costs, driver behavior, and vehicle utilization + Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making + Recommend and implement cost-saving strategies and operational improvements based on data insights + Conduct fleet audits + Maintain accurate fleet profiles and data integrity within all fleet management systems + All other duties assigned **KEY QUALIFICATIONS:** + 3-5 years’ experience as a data analysist required + 2+ years of experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation operations preferred + Proficient in Power BI and Excel + Skilled in creating reports, dashboards, and complex Excel-based tools for performance tracking + Familiar with presenting data visualization to fleet team + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills + Excellent communication, report writing, and collaborationskills + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + The physical activity required for this role includes: + Sitting, standing, walking for extended periods in an office environment + Occasionally stooping, climbing, bending and reaching + Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment + Occasionally lifting office equipment weighing up to 25 pounds + Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check This role is accepting applications until 07/01/2025 This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
