JOB SUMMARY:
The Commercial Fleet team at 7-Eleven manages a diverse portfolio of fleet payments and programs leveraged to drive B2B traffic to our network of over 8,000 retail fuel locations. The team also manages the 7FLEET Diesel Network, a collection of nearly 500 7-Eleven®, Speedway® and Stripes® stores meeting the needs of professional truck drivers in 26 states. The Fleet Analyst is a new role that will rely heavily on data analytics, organization, and clear communication. This role will analyze sales data, develop insights, and collaborate with the Fleet Sales team to implement strategies to optimize the value add of the 7-Eleven Fleet portfolio.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Utilizes data and analytics to optimize value and present findings in a clear and concise manner that promotes consensus among the team.
Develop and maintain reporting to support the Fleet Sales team.
Conduct Post Audits of fleet deals.
Engage with other departments to provide insight into performance and foster cross functional collaboration (Fuels Pricing, Supply, Transportation, etc)
Self-motivated to seek knowledge on industry, systems, and market dynamics – high level of curiosity to explore and learn.
Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Ability to provide insights for improvement and offer innovative, robust, and data-driven solutions.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and present actionable insights.
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, technologically adept, and proficient with remote work tools (Teams, on-camera, screen share, etc)
Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
Knowledge of deal desk and other sales practices/systems.
Experience in CRM Tools is a plus (Salesforce, etc).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.) SQL, Microsoft PowerBi knowledge a plus.
