Fleet Analyst
**Job Overview:** **Fleet Analyst- Frisco, Texas** Reporting to the Corporate Director of Fleet Operations, this role is pivotal in managing the efficient procurement and delivery of equipment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with field operations, finance teams, and external vendors to ensure timely acquisitions and seamless operations. We seek a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage tasks independently. **Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain relationships with equipment providers. + Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely equipment delivery aligned with business requirements. + Facilitate funding for newly acquired equipment and create capital asset requests as necessary. + Manage equipment disposals and replacements. + Collaborate with local operations teams to assess current and future equipment needs. + Maintain equipment replacement and order forecast schedules. + Oversee lease turn-ins for equipment. + Ensure all new units are fully equipped and licensed upon delivery. + Generate and maintain reports for various levels of the organization. + Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on multiple projects. + Analyze equipment usage and life cycles using various data sources. + Proactively engage with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to identify opportunities beneficial to the organization. + Evaluate equipment utilization to maximize efficiency. + Support various fleet-related projects. + Manage equipment rentals and maintain the database. + Produce and analyze Fleet Metrics & reports. + Coordinate vehicle registrations across multiple states. + Maintain detailed reports on equipment order status. + Prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports as required. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for incoming equipment. + Coordinate with fleet managers, senior leaders, and vendors to ensure timely vehicle delivery and regulatory compliance. + Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier performance metrics to track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities. + Analyze fleet procurement data, including utilization and lifecycle costs, to optimize decision-making. + Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting fleet purchases. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Total Rewards:** + Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors + Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. + SAP experience preferred. + 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office. + 2 years of experience in a heavy fleet-related role. + Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. + Familiarity with heavy fleet specifications and procedures desired. **Company Overview:** Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
