Job description, responsibilities and duties
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EMEA Fleet Coordinator to oversee the management and coordination of company cars across the EMEA region. The role focuses on ensuring efficient fleet operationsin collaboration with operational leasing companies and providing full support for insurance, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships

Key Responsibilities:
1. FleetCoordination & Management
Oversee and coordinate the company car fleet across the EMEA region, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Act as the primary point ofcontact for operational leasing companies to manage contracts, lease agreements, and fleet utilization.
Monitor and optimize fleet performance by analyzing usage, cost-efficiency, and maintenanceschedules.
2. Insurance Management
Provide comprehensive support for company car insurance,including policy administration, claims management, and renewal negotiations.
Ensure compliancewith local and regional regulations regarding vehicle insurance and coverage requirements.
3. Vendor & Contract Management
Negotiate and manage contracts with leasing companies, insuranceproviders, and other vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure service quality.
Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any operational issues promptly.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and safety regulations across all fleet operations in the EMEA region.
Prepare and present regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and operational improvements.
5. Support & Collaboration
Provide end-to-end fleet management support for employees, addressing inquiries andresolving issues effectively.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and procurement teams to align fleet policies with company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
Experience:
administration or customer support experience preferably in car/fleet management, leasingoperations, or a related field, preferably within an international environment.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Languages: Fluent in English, other languages beneficial
