Essential Responsibilities:
Record and maintain fleet vehicle information
Ensure compliance with company policy and state/federal guidelines for annual registration, insurance, and licensing
Monitor and flag vehicle inspections/certifications and take necessary actions for compliance
Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs to maintain compliance
Review driver records for conformance/non-conformance, including abstracts, licenses, and application packages
Assist with accident recording and resolution, including facilitating insurance claims
Improve overall compliance for all vehicle types by staying informed on legislation and participating in field operations
Qualifications:
Two to five years in a fleet, equipment, or related coordination role
Familiarity with Holman or Geotab softwares; reporting and tracking using Excel and JDE
Basic understanding of DOT regulations is beneficial
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass drug and alcohol screening
Work Conditions:
This position will allow for remote work with the required ability to travel to Ledcor offices / sites up to 20% of the time
