The Role
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to oversee our Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and ensure smooth operations across our motor vehicle assets nationally. FTC Paternity Cover role – 12 months - with the possibility to extend.
In this role, you will provide administrative support for motor vehicles across all SRG Global businesses. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying process improvements to facilitate continuous business improvements.
Based in our Subiaco Head office reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Some interstate travel may be required to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Management Systems (FMS): Take charge of administering and promoting our FMS, including data entry, user logins, training, and managing telematics devices and fleet fuel cards. Data Analysis and Reporting: Deliver insightful reports to internal stakeholders derived from fleet and telematics data, covering driver behaviour, vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, cost analysis, and asset utilisation summaries. Maintenance Oversight: Collaborate with key managers to review maintenance approvals, ensuring efficient cost monitoring and compliance with vehicle regulations. Compliance and Documentation: Keep abreast of state and territory laws, maintaining compliance for all road-registered assets, and handling documentation for vehicle registrations, transfers, and cancellations. Stakeholder Support: Provide training materials, consultation, and support for stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations within the business. Procurement and Quotes: Source and provide quotes for motor vehicles based on requests via the Motor Vehicle Request Form. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Commercial Manager.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Previous experience in a similar role Australian Driver’s License Ability to work collaboratively Excellent communication (oral and written), Effective time management, and exceptional organizational skills. Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge with strong data entry skills Experience with fleet management systems
