Fleet Coordinator - UniFirst First Aid & Safety

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Fleet Coordinator to join our community. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files and other required documents for all vehicles in the First Aid division fleet. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:

Maintain accurate records of the fleet vehicles for the First Aid division, ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations. 
Notify applicable staff to schedule preventative maintenance. Ensure vehicle mileage amounts are updated weekly.Coordinates registration, initial tag, title, and tag renewals for vehicles.Assist field staff with transfer and retirement of vehicles.Facilitates management of company fuel cards.Communicates and coordinates with field staff and leadership on van details, status updates, and vehicles recalls. Maintains personal property tax forms on all vehicles. Work with Department of Revenue on all document processing.Perform additional tasks as requested.
Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Must be at least 18 years or older.High school diploma or equivalent required.Two-year degree or equivalent experience and/or training is required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication skills, including writing reports and business correspondence professionally.
