Job Summary:
Offer Fleet Efficiency management data analysis and reports to allow safe, reliable, economical operations at highest customer satisfaction for each Airbus operator in the Latin American region.
Primary Responsibilities:
In-Service support: 70 %
With operational link to the Latin America Fleet Efficiency manager the job holder:
Support all Programs and other Customer Services organizations by providing in-service data, reference data, dashboards, reports etc. and support Aircraft and Services Sales activities
Promote fleet performance tools and support to Latin American customers
Monitor fleet performance of the Americas customers in respect of safety, reliability and economics, and propose necessary actions.
Assist operators to reduce learning curve and acquire good handling methods by providing necessary transfer of Know How support
Support gathering from Latin America’s customers specific operational / maintenance / airworthiness requirements
Contribute to ensure safety of the in-service fleet.
Entry into service support: 10 %
Prepare and support new program & or new customer Entry Into Service, as a transverse function in Airbus Americas customer service.
Safety Promotion: 10 %
Provide Support to Safety organizations on safety prevention.
Evaluate Airlines and MRO’s maintenance and engineering practices and identify areas to be enhanced in terms of safety, organizational efficiency, quality and technical capacities
Additional Responsibilities: 10%

Latin America fleet performance monthly reports(A320/330/350/310 family)
Latin America fleet performance quarterly report (A320/330/350/310 family)

Highlights monitored retrofit campaigns in Latin America, quarterly
Program regional seminar, yearly

Qualified Experience and Training:
Education:
Required: Graduated in engineering, aeronautical studies or aircraft systems
Prefered: Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Experience:
Required 2 years in related field of experience
Preferred 5 years
Knowledge in airline maintenance & engineering activities.
Knowledge in line maintenance operation on Airbus A/C (preferably on A320 or A330 or A340 family)
Knowledge of airline engineering
Knowledge of FAA/EASA Regulation (minimum JAR121, JAR145 and JAR66) is a plus.
Knowledge about airlines’ organization and operation
Good knowledge of customer needs in terms of maintenance & engineering operational activities
Experience in technical service/support field is a plus
Licensure/Certifications: NA

Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visit, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
