The **Fleet** **Logistics Specialist** will join the Fleet Logistics team to improve logistical efficiencies and cost savings through enhanced data analytics and communication. **Key-result areas:** + Responsible for securing transport, pricing analysis, and creating purchase orders for timely payments. + Ensure cars have been delivered and installed by utilizing exception-based reporting tools. + Assist new carriers with the registration process, validate insurance requirements and work with procurement on Oracle setup. + Maintain carrier files with all pertinent paperwork and update quarterly to ensure all documents are current. + Become a super user in fleet tracking platform and tools to improve return on assets. + Develop strong working relationships with corporate and field personnel and address queries. + Manage all administrative tasks related to logistics across North America. + Additional assignments as defined by management.
