Job Summary
The District Fleet Manager is responsible for manages the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment and continually focuses on achieving market base profitability through effective management of all fleet and maintenance activities within the assigned area, including cost control, management development, and high training and safety standards. This role will be responsible for the London and Petrolia ON maintenance shops and approx. 45 assets.
Direct Reports: 10 (including Lead Tech, Techs, Apprentice, Container Repaid and Operations Specialist)

A. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of Degree, a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience 5 years previous experience (in addition to education requirements) Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
