**Fleet Management Specialist (4754)** Location **Arlington, VA** Job Code **4754** \# of Openings **1** Apply Now (https://phg.tbe.taleo.net/phg01/ats/careers/v2/applyRequisition?org=GATEWAYVENT&cws=55&rid=4754) Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Analyst I – Fleet Management Specialist to join our Team in Arlington, Virginia. **Position Responsibilities:** + Scheduling maintenance, assigning vehicles to drivers, monitoring fuel usage, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and aiming to minimize costs and maximize vehicle uptime. + Prepare reports that provide statistical analyses and narratives on vehicle assignments, replacement and/or sales, fuel usage, maintenance and repairs, and vehicle assignments to staff. + Analyze and interpret data to identify more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing program objectives, as statutes and policies require. + Compose and review briefings, reports, and other types of correspondence for accuracy, continuity, and content. + Brief management on recommended solutions to program-related issues + Assist in establishing administrative procedures for specific programs (i.e., fleet management, financial management.) + Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals. **Postion Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree + Minimum one (1) year of experience in the operations of fleet management + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + The ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite + Preferred Qualifications: + Prior Rental Car Operations/Management or GSA Fleet Management experience **Security Requirements:** + **Clearance Level Required: Public Trust to Top Secret** + Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. + Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. + Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check. **Apply directly online at:** **This position is located in Arlington, Virginia** VEVRAA Federal Contractor Three Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a diverse, team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional dedicated industry professionals.
