Responsibilities As a Fleet Manager, you are responsible for vehicle maintenance processes, vendor management, and asset management of corresponding regions. You believe in doing the job right. In addition, you will: Give direction, guidance, and support to Fleet Coordinators, both local and remote  Work with senior leadership to develop and control the Fleet Department’s annual expense and capital budgets  Create and implement new processes, procedures, and reporting to verify fleet is maintained according to company safety standards  Develop your team’s skillset and knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management Qualifications About You: Safety is a part of your day to day You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work You are looking for long term projects You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team You have at least 5 years of progressively challenging fleet management in a construction environment  You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team  You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software  You have a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record  MOS Codes 2T317, 2T337, 2T357, 2T377, and 2T3X7 relate well to this position.  Hard work pays off.
