We’re looking for a passionate Fleet Manager for Poland (South-West Region) who can increase the penetration of Alcoa Aluminum wheels in the Polish commercial vehicle market.

 

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: 

Developing strategies and implementing action plans to increase the penetration rate of Alcoa aluminum wheels for Commercial Vehicle (Truck, Bus, Trailer) vs. steel wheels by convincing fleets. Continuous analysis of the Commercial Vehicle market in the defined region and propose a strategy accordingly. The incumbent is primarily accountable to penetrate his fleets at all levels and to convince these contacts to purchase Alcoa wheel products. The incumbent maintains contacts to the tire, suspension, axle and wheel attachment manufacturers, Truck and Trailer Dealers as well as to the private and government testing and regulatory organizations.
