The Fleet Operations Administrator is responsible for maintaining the company's Fleet program, maintaining records, and ensuring operational efficiency across the fleet throughout the year. This role works closely with all company drivers in our organization and external vendors to ensure the safety and efficiency of our fleet operations. Core Role ResponsibilitiesManages the fleet repair and maintenance program and the maintenance provider relationshipsDevelops schedules and procedures for and ensures adherence to routine maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company’s fleetEstablishes and maintains schedule for monitoring and recommending replacement of fleet vehicles, managing and analyzing trends Identifies cost-saving opportunities and maintain vendor relationships to ensure that fleet operations activities align with organizational goalsCollaborates with supervisors and staff to manage and reduce fleet expenses, partnering with internal stakeholders to maximize profits where possibleAnalyzes and present reports on fleet operational spend and expenses, identifying trends and presenting solution-oriented suggestions for cost reductionConfirms and approves driver authorization that meets Window Nation’s Fleet Policy and 3rd party insurance guidelines Partners with operations and sales departments to ensure assigned vehicles are equipped with needed equipment and documentation that meets Window Nation standardsPartners with Window Nation’s external insurance providers on compliance and accident management procedures Ensures Window Nation’s insurance requirements are met, including yearly MVR reporting and monthly vehicle inspections are completedBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma Required2+ years of experience working in a service related or customer supporting base rolePreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field1+ years of basic fleet management experienceStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.Experience working with and maintaining strong 3rd party vendor relationshipsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to fleet operationsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and fleet complianceWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
