Fleet Services Administrator
Under the direction of the Fleet Supervisor, this position offers administrative support to the Fleet department. What will you do? Enter and track new equipment information throughout the requisition process Maintain current equipment files as specified and required Track and maintain equipment reports regarding expiring vehicle licenses and annual inspections Track regular maintenance schedule for all company vehicles/Equipment and communicate upcoming maintenance needs appropriately (eg: oil changes, fluid changes, filters, oil testing) Purge expired documents from equipment files as replacement documents are received Enter and track equipment information throughout the disposal process Enter, update and audit Fleet tracker data Reconcile fleet unit location reports Assign and maintain Drive Cam unit inventory Administer the company's Fuel Card program Assist company driver's with attaining required vehicle permits Audit fuel receipt reports for required documentation of appropriate business use Perform miscellaneous data entry and administrative duties Other duties as assigned What you’ll need High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions, correspondence and memos. Effective and respectful written and verbal communication. Logical thinking with the focus and commitment to following established company procedures. Team oriented, keeping the organizational needs at the forefront. Proficient use of Spreadsheet, Word Processing, Internet and database software. Familiarity with Google-based applications such as G-mail, Google docs and sheets is preferred but not required. Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, fax and copy machines.
